I am a condensed-matter experimentalist.
My research focuses on superconductivity, with incursions into magnetism, complex oxides and nanotechnology.
I am a senior scientist (Directeur de Recherche) at the Unité Mixte de Physique CNRS/Thales, associated to the Université Paris-Saclay (France). Here I lead research on artificially nanostructured superconductors and superconducting hybrids..
I was formerly an adjunct professor at the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain) and a postdoctoral fellow at I. K. Schuller’s group at the University of California-San Diego (USA).
